Legal — terms
The rules,
The rules,
in plain English.
Last updated 2026-08-26. These terms were AI-drafted and have not yet been through legal review. Email hello@trydonebylunch.com to confirm anything you rely on.
What you can do with the library
- Use every prompt for your own work, your team's work, and your clients' work. Paste them into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or whatever AI tool you use.
- Edit, remix, and adapt any prompt. The wording is a starting point, not a contract.
- Share your account with your immediate team (up to 5 people) under a single Library seat. Larger teams should look at the Team Pack (/teams/).
What you can't do
- Redistribute the library in whole or in substantial part — no zipping and reselling, no posting the full catalog on a public repo, no packaging it into a competing product.
- Share your private vault URL publicly (the vault link is your access; sharing it gives strangers the paid library).
- Use the material to train a model that competes with the library.
What you get
A free account today, and Pro access to every prompt in the library the moment Pro opens. If you're a pre-existing customer or on the allowlist, Pro flips on automatically the first time you sign in with the email we know about.
What we don't promise
- The library is a set of prompts. It doesn't guarantee any specific output from any AI tool — those change constantly and are outside our control.
- Legal / Compliance prompts help you draft and understand documents. They are not legal advice.
- We don't warrant uptime beyond a good-faith commitment to keep the vault reachable.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for anything relating to the library is capped at what you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the seller of record is domiciled. If you're an EU/UK consumer, none of this overrides your statutory rights.
